What Information We Collect

When you reach out through our website, whether by filling out a contact form, requesting an estimate, or emailing us directly, we collect the information you choose to provide. This typically includes your name, phone number, email address, property address, and a description of the damage or service you need. We also use basic website analytics to understand how visitors use our site, such as which pages are viewed and general location data (like city or region), but this does not identify you personally.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you submit to respond to inquiries, schedule estimates and site visits, and prepare documentation related to water, fire, mold, storm, or other restoration work you’ve requested. If you ask us to coordinate with your insurance carrier, we may use your information to prepare the reports, photos, and scope documentation adjusters typically require. We do not use your contact information for unrelated marketing without your consent.

How We Share Your Information

We don’t sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share details with outside parties only when it’s necessary to do the work you’ve asked for, most commonly with your insurance company or adjuster, and only with your authorization. We may also share limited information with subcontractors or specialty partners (for example, for asbestos abatement or large-loss response) when they’re directly involved in your project. Any such sharing is limited to what’s needed to complete the job.

Data Retention

We keep project-related information, including estimates, photos, and correspondence, for as long as reasonably necessary to support warranty claims, insurance documentation, and our own business records. Analytics data tied to general website usage is retained only in aggregate and is not linked back to individual visitors.

Your Rights

If you’re a California resident, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we’ve collected about you, request its deletion, and opt out of any sale of personal information (we don’t sell data, so this largely doesn’t apply in practice). Because HHI Inc. operates exclusively within the United States and does not knowingly collect data from visitors in the European Union, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) generally does not apply to our operations, but we’re happy to address any privacy question regardless of where you’re visiting from.

To make a request about your personal information, whether to review, correct, or delete what we have on file, contact us using the information below and we’ll respond within a reasonable timeframe.
