Accessibility Statement

Our Commitment to Accessibility

HHI Inc. wants every visitor, including people who use assistive technology, to be able to find information about our restoration and reconstruction services and reach us when they need help. We are working to align this website with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, which is the standard most widely used to measure digital accessibility.

How the Site Is Built

Our pages are structured with proper headings, descriptive link text, and labeled form fields so that screen readers and other assistive tools can interpret the content in a logical order. We aim for sufficient color contrast between text and backgrounds, keyboard-navigable menus and forms, and alt text on meaningful images. As we update the site, we review new pages against these same practices before they go live.

Known Limitations

No website is perfect, and accessibility is an ongoing process rather than a one-time fix. Some older pages, embedded third-party tools, or PDF documents may not yet fully meet every WCAG 2.1 AA criterion. If you encounter a barrier, page, form, or feature that is difficult to use with a screen reader, voice control, or keyboard alone, we want to know about it.

Reporting an Issue

If you run into an accessibility problem anywhere on this site, contact us by email at [email protected] or by phone at (714) 209-7719. Please describe the page you were on, the device or assistive technology you were using, and what happened, so we can locate and reproduce the issue. You can also reach us by mail at PO Box 4374, Orange, CA 92863.

Our Response

We review accessibility reports as they come in and aim to acknowledge them promptly. Depending on the nature of the issue, fixes may be straightforward (a missing label or low-contrast text) or may require more involved changes to a page’s layout or code. We prioritize issues that block access to core information, like our contact form or service descriptions, and we work to resolve those within a reasonable window once confirmed. We will let you know when a reported issue has been addressed if you provide contact information.

Alternative Ways to Reach Us

If a particular page or form is not accessible to you, you do not need to wait for a fix to get help. Call us directly at (714) 209-7719 or email [email protected], and we will gather the same information over the phone or by email that the online form would otherwise collect. This applies whether you are requesting an inspection, asking about water, mold, fire, or storm damage services, or trying to reach us for an active situation at your property.

Ongoing Review

Accessibility is not a box we check once. As browsers, assistive technologies, and our own site evolve, we expect to revisit this statement and the underlying pages periodically. If you have suggestions beyond a specific bug, such as a feature that would make the site easier for you to use, we are glad to hear those too at the contact information above.
